1&3/4 cup of flour, 1&1/4 cup of sugar, 4 cups of milk, salt, 4 eggs, 1/2 lb prunes, 15g of butter. Mix flour and salt. Mix in eggs one by one. Add the and then the milk (in that order). Place the prunes in a dish coated with butter. Pour the dough over the fruits. Bake in oven at 500F for 10 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 400F and bake for 35 more minutes. Note: if the dough is worked too hard it foams and then it is better to wait for the foam to dicipate before baking.
